Global Gardens assists refugees in Boise in beginning farm businesses. farmers farm on borrowed land at various locations in Boise, Eagle, and Meridian, Idaho. We primarily offer vegetables. One grower will also be starting a prepared foods business this year, and will offer Sambusas, a savory African pastry. All of our produce is spray-free and produced by refugee farmers using organic methods. We also offer CSA shares and wholesale accounts.
